RUNS

12 runs weekly, split into Casual Runs and Main Runs.

Casual Runs (7x/week): Flexible, group-decided pace/routes. Check our WhatsApp polls dropped every Sunday to see who’s running! Runs may or may not have a pace lead.

Main Runs (5x/week): Structured, training-focused, with pace leaders across all levels. All runs are EASY except one speed session.

• Tuesday Sunset Speed Run (CHALLENGING) – 6:30PM @ BK Borough Hall

• Wednesday Sunrise 5K (EASY) – 7AM @ Pier 5 (ends at Náko Coffee, 10% off)

• Thursday Sunset Happy Hour 5K (EASY) – 6:30PM (Bar rotation; bag drop provided)

• Saturday Long Run (EASY, BETA) – 9AM @ Luke’s Lobster (8+ miles, pace leaders TBD)

• Sunday Morning 5K (EASY) – 9AM @ Pier 5 (includes HOT GIRL WALK pace)


All EASY runs follow "Party Pace"—a pace where you can run and talk without gasping. It’s the key to consistency, endurance, and progress. Build the habit, the results will follow. DM us to become a pace leader!
